Who we are

This portal is a private, internal operations tool operated by T3Wares (“Tuveno”, “we”, “us”). It is used by our own staff to run internal warehouse, inventory, and accounting operations. It is not a public software-as-a-service product and is not offered or marketed to the general public.

Scope of this policy

This policy explains what data the portal handles, with particular attention to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting connection, since that connection is reviewed by Intuit. It applies to the portal and its QBO integration only.

QuickBooks Online data we access

When an authorized administrator connects our QuickBooks Online company, the portal uses Intuit’s Accounting API only to read and write accounting records for that company. This includes accounting data such as chart-of-accounts entries, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and journal entries needed to keep the portal and QuickBooks Online in sync.

We do not use Intuit Payments, do not use Payroll, and do not access payment-card or payroll data through this integration.

How we use QuickBooks Online data

QBO data is used solely to synchronize accounting records between the portal and our own QuickBooks Online company — for example, posting inventory and accounts-payable/receivable entries and reconciling them. We do not sell QBO data, and we do not share it with third parties other than Intuit (as part of the connection itself) and the service providers that host the portal on our behalf.

Authentication and storage

The QuickBooks connection uses Intuit’s OAuth 2.0. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed back to users. Application logs are sanitized: client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, and full credential payloads are never written to logs.

Retention and disconnect

An administrator can disconnect QuickBooks Online from the portal at any time from the accounting settings. Disconnecting clears the portal’s stored QuickBooks credentials for that company. Accounting records already synchronized into the portal are retained per our internal record-keeping needs.

Access controls

Portal access is limited to authorized staff and is permission-controlled. The QuickBooks connection and accounting settings are restricted to administrators.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the portal evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
