Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

This portal (“Tuveno”, the “Service”) is a private, internal operations tool operated by T3Wares. By accessing or using the Service, an authorized user agrees to these terms. The Service is provided for internal business use by T3Wares staff and authorized partners only; it is not a public software-as-a-service offering.

2. Authorized use

Access is limited to authorized users and is permission-controlled. Users must keep their credentials confidential and use the Service only for legitimate T3Wares business operations. Users must not attempt to access data or functions beyond their granted permissions.

3. QuickBooks Online connection

The Service can connect to a QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s Accounting API only, to synchronize accounting records. The Service does not use Intuit Payments and does not use Payroll. Only an authorized administrator may connect or disconnect QuickBooks Online, and the connection may be disconnected at any time from the accounting settings. Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit’s own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to breach its security, or using it to violate any applicable law. Accounting data accessed through the Service must be handled in accordance with our internal policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by T3Wares. These terms do not grant any ownership rights in the Service. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, T3Wares will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms, and may suspend or terminate access at any time for internal or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
